• The link between behaviour and physical illness.
• Behaviour history-taking and the behaviour consultation.
• House soiling, inter-cat conflict, cat-human aggression, over- grooming, geriatric-related and attachment issues.
• Tools for managing ‘problem’ behaviour, including ensuring the cat’s
environmental needs are met.
• Cases (participants are encouraged to bring cases for discussion).
